Finally finished the video of out anniversary tour of the waterfalls from Northern Wisconsin to the Minnesota border with Canada. There was lots of rain before we left so the falls were all pretty awesome. The down side was some of the falls were not accessible due to flooded trials (at least too flooded for a couple of middle age folks). Enjoy!
For our wedding anniversary this year we went of a tour of waterfalls between Neenah and the Minnesota / Canada border. I had 33 on my list and we managed to visit 26. The good news was the heavy rains lately made for spectacular water falls! The bad news was the heavy rains lately made for lots of mud and some of the falls were unaccessable. Oh well, that is life. Road Trip(!) Saturday. Went down to Pewit's Nest natural area. Very pretty - maybe more people than I would expect for a late Saturday afternoon in September... Late afternoon and it was relatively dark in the woods. So the problem is too high ISO sensitivity which equals noise. So I set the ISO to 640 - pretty low noise on my 5d - and the shutter speed and aperture on manual.
