Questions

Questions

Questions.

We all have them – at least I do and I think everyone else does too…

My friend Mollie took this picture at church on Sunday.  I asked her to take my camera and get some “Children’s Time” pictures.  Lot’s of nice shots but this one really stands out.  Mollie called it “artistic” and I think it it is.  I don’t know if she focused on his arm on purpose or it just happened but I am glad in any case.  Good pictures tell a story and leave you wanting to know more! What did he want to say? Was it something deep and serious or maybe just silly?

Saturday Portrait

Saturday Portrait

Just a quick portrait at church on Saturday (for the Crossways camp meeting).  Taken at f/2.2. to get a shallow depth of field – the focus was on her eyes.  I used a bit of fill flash that I bounced off the walls.  The rest of the light was from the stained glass windows on both sides.
